Please review the requirements and event guidelines below before registering.

BEFORE THE EVENT — REQUIRED STEPS

1. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (MANDATORY — COMPLETE FIRST)

Before anything else, all participants must arrange valid public liability insurance for the day of the event. This must be in place before you can begin the accreditation process — proof of coverage will be required at that stage. If you don't already have a policy, contact your insurer or a specialist short-term events provider as soon as possible.

Once your insurance is confirmed, proceed to Step 2.

2. ACCREDITATION PROCESS

CameraPro will be in touch with you directly to walk you through the accreditation required to access the trackside areas. Please watch for our email or phone call and respond promptly — accreditation must be completed ahead of the event date.

ON THE DAY — WHAT TO EXPECT

3. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active, outdoor event. Participants should be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods — at least a couple of hours at a time. Please assess your fitness and comfort level before attending, and let us know in advance if you have any mobility considerations.

4. WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

Wear comfortable, practical clothing suitable for a full day outdoors. Footwear is especially important — choose closed-toe shoes you can walk in confidently on uneven ground. Queensland weather can be unpredictable, so pack a rain jacket or waterproof layer just in case.

A monopod is strongly recommended for this event. You'll be shooting moving subjects at trackside for extended periods, and a monopod will help stabilise your shots while keeping you mobile and flexible as conditions change.
