Sunset Sound Bowls at Soul Nook

Join Soul Nook and Rebecca from Bold Sounds in the magic light of a Saturday Sunset at Soul Nook for a beautiful and soothing 60 minutes of sound meditation to bath in the light of a full moon of possibilities, to harmonise and balance body, mind and soul, taking your meditation to the next level of deep peace and relaxation.

All are welcome, including children over the age of eight. They will need to lie still for the 60 minutes and be conscious of the mediative silence.

Soul Nook will provide blankets pillows and cushions and refreshments will be available to purchase from the Soul Nook before and after. Tickets are available via link and spots will be limited so jump in now to secure time for you.
