This workshop takes a fresh (and slightly irreverent) look at volunteer recruitment and retention in today’s ever-changing landscape. We’ll explore how expectations around volunteering have shifted, how to attract the right people without sounding desperate, and how to keep them engaged beyond the first sausage sizzle.

From strategic recruitment to recognition that actually matters, we’ll guide you through the volunteer life cycle with ideas, tools, and maybe even a few laughs. Ideal for anyone who’s ever found themselves whispering “please don’t leave” under their breath at a volunteer meeting.

A light supper will be provided. Parking is available at North Ipswich Reserve.
